Strategic Tracking of Educational Progress (STEP) provides educators with a contemporary, comprehensive, and collaborative tool for tracking and monitoring student progress.

STEP allows teachers to easily assign goals for Individual Education Plans (IEP) or Response to Intervention Plans (RTI) from a bank of nearly 5,000 customizable goals and objectives. The program gives instructors the ability to systematically document progress over time and instantly see visual data representations that facilitate informed curriculum decisions. STEP easily integrates with current learning management systems through a simple API.

In the coming year, STEP will also have the functionality to create IEPs! Not only does April help schools implement the STEP tool, but she also facilitates professional development in schools that are working to take their inclusive practices to the next level.

The author of STEP, April Remfrey, has been an educator for over twenty years and has been an active member on the International and European boards of SENIA for the past two years. She is proud to work with key stakeholders around the world in the international school community.
